| This term is sometimes used to indicate wines which have an impressive character at the beginning which is followed by a slightly disappointing flavor lightness. It is a word often used in the wrong contest. In fact, a wine which has these characteristics should simply be defined "Disharmonious" because the first expectations do not reflect the real soul of the wine. |
